How it works
How a trim job runs
Step 1: Free rough estimate
Photograph each room and tell me how many doors and windows need trim. I reply the same working day. When a door or moulding has to be priced by a supplier, the rough estimate can take a day or two longer.
Step 2: Site visit and formal quote
I check the openings and the existing profiles in person, we pick the new style, and you receive a formal quote.
Step 3: Quote signed, job booked
You sign and pay the deposit. I order the trim stock and book the work.
Step 4: Install
I fit the trim myself and finish with a clean-up. From first photos to finished trim is usually 2 to 3 weeks.
On site
Dust and clean-up
Trim work means cutting, and cutting means dust. I am the one in your rooms and the one who is responsible for how they are left. A customer put it this way.

What affects the cost
No two houses have the same number of openings, so I quote each job from your photos.
- Number of doors and windows
- Room sizes and ceiling heights
- Profile and width of the trim
- Whether old trim has to come out
Your rough estimate gives you a realistic range from the photos. After I measure, the formal quote confirms the exact price.

Yes. When I build a railing I can bring the trim in the stairwell into the same style.
